Request Description (Request Notes)

1. Using https protocol, data submission is unified as post submission.
2. The api submits data in json format.
3. The amount remains two decimal places and the exchange rate remains six decimal places.
4. Request header: Content-Type=application/json.
5. The content of the string type of the request parameter field must be in English format, unless there is a special scenario description.
